Authentic Hong Kong café style eats and Hainanese chicken in Markham. Absolute comfort food.
The Ultimate Spot for Authentic, MSG-Free HK Style Comfort Soups! I love stocking up on these because they taste exactly like a traditional Cantonese household dinner. Their Dried Duck Gizzard Winter Melon Soup (陳腎冬瓜薏米湯) and Chicken Feet Peanuts Soup are incredibly clean, rich, and completely free of MSG. The depth of flavour they achieve through slow-boiling is spectacular.
They don't skimp on real ingredients.
Incredible taste, immaculate quality, and pure nostalgia in a bowl. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Cantonese slow-simmered soup!
